- Interpretation

- “Third Party Website” means any website that is not controlled by YLP LEGAL or its Affiliates;
- “Website” means the website of YLP LEGAL being yourlegalpartner.com.au and/or any online platform used or operated by YLP LEGAL to provide services;
- “Website Users” means any person who accesses the Website and/or external websites through Third Party Links;
- “YLP LEGAL” means Maggie Yarak trading as YLP Legal and YLP – Your Legal Partner (ABN 29 817 320 304);
- “You” means any natural person or entity and/or organisation that you represent or have an interest in and includes any Website User. “Your” has the corresponding meaning; and
- References to any legislation or to any provisions of any legislation shall include any modifications or re-enactment of any legislation or provision.
